Placing Orders

Please be aware that although you do not need to be registered to make purchases, it is recommended that you log in to speed up the processing of your order. Otherwise, you will be asked to register after completing your order, which may delay the status of your order.

Every category has items that can be added to your shopping cart one by one, except for Hosting products. Hosting products are subscription only and require automatic monthy or yearly payments. As a result, purchases made from the Hosting category must be made separately from purchases made from the other categories.

Hosting

Monthly hosting fees are non-refundable. Yearly hosting fees are refundable starting from the month after the last successful payment, minus a $10.00 service fee.

Design

Design fees are non-refundable once we have started the design work. Keep in mind that there are up to five (5) design revisions per project included in the design fee, meaning we will not stop revising your project until you are 100% satisfied.

Printing

There is a 24-48 hour turnaround time on all print jobs of standard quantity (1000 and even multiples of 5000). If you require another quantity, such as 2500 or 250, the turnaround time is 48-72 hours. Die cut projects have a 5-7 day turnaround time to allow for die creation and die cut printing. If you provide the die or if the die is one that we have in stock, the printing turnaround time is 3-5 days. All turnaround times start from the time of your project's sign off.

Print jobs that have been sent to the printer are NON-REFUNDABLE. Make sure all projects are properly proofed. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that projects are ready to be printed. All print jobs must be signed off, either electronically or with a physical signature, before being sent to the printer.

If you are sending us your own design work for a project, it needs to be in one of the following formats: JPEG, AI, PSD, EPS, TIFF, & PDF. Keep in mind that it must also be high resolution (a minimum of 300 PPI: pixels per inch) to ensure high print quality. 72 PPI is web quality and is NOT suitable for high quality print jobs. All print documents must be CMYK, not RGB. Call us if you need assistance with setting up your document in CMYK mode. Any job that requires bleed MUST include a .125" (1/8th of an inch) inner margin. For example, if your printed document size is 4x6", your artwork should be 4x6" with no text or important elements within .125" of each edge.

If you are sending vector artwork, all fonts MUST be transformed to outlines before sending the artwork to us. Contact your designer to have them convert the fonts to outlines for you. Otherwise, a service fee will be added to your account for altering the document.

Slight color variations are standard with gang-run jobs. We are not responsible for slignht color variations that are normal for large volumes of printing. If you have a color critical job, you must order a color proof to ensure the color quality of your job. Requesting a color proof will add approximately 3 days to your project's turnaround time.

Print jobs are done on 14pt UV coated paper unless otherwise specified.

Websites

Websites come with a very structured timeline and development process. Standard turnaround time is 2-4 weeks, plus any possible backlog time. You will be notified of all progress when you login to your Rosanii account. Website projects require a MINIMUM deposit of 30% before the project is started.

Pay Per Hour Jobs

Jobs that are billable per hour, such as updating a website or programming additional features on a site, are billable every $100. You may preview your work free of charge but will not have access or be given rights to the work until we receive your payment. For jobs that will be an estimated cost of $100 or less, your must pay for the first hour of work before your project is started. Hourly rates vary, depending on the service requested.
